Professional Development Workshop: 'Stress and Emotional Eating' - April 9

Please join us for the professional development workshop "Stress and Emotional Eating," presented by Lana Shapiro, holistic health coach with Shapiro Holistic Health, on Tuesday, April 9, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. in Chase Hall 109.

Learn the most common symptoms and signs of stress. Learn the impact stress can have on your physical and emotional health. Learn what emotional eating is and how increased stress contributes to increased cravings for unhealthy foods. Find out how to deconstruct your cravings and crowd them out with healthier coping skills.

Light snacks will be provided. Please register through the Workshop Registration System.
