Technology has become a ubiquitous part of our daily lives. This is due in part to the development of mobile technologies and networks and the accessibility of technology at the consumer level. No one would have predicted that a credit card reader for your mobile phone would be sold at a coffee shop, but that is the reality we live in today. Join a discussion about the technology of our everyday lives and how it is changing the way we teach and learn on Wednesday, April 10, from noon to 1:00 p.m. in the Professional Development Center, E. H. Butler Library 181B. This discussion will be facilitated by Ken Fujiuchi, emerging technology librarian. A light lunch will be provided.
