Explore some more advanced features of TurningPoint clickers and examine pedagogical research and its implications for improving student learning. Learn how to expedite the creation of your class participant list. See how one instructor saves student response information in Excel and uses it for grading purposes. Explore the possibilities of gathering demographic information from students and then sorting their responses by demographics. Discuss the potential of multiple choice items allowing more than one response. Reflect on the implications of research with regard to various implementations of clicker-based peer learning. If you have not used clickers, you should attend the Introduction to Clickers workshop prior to this session.
