Podcast Discussion: 'The Road to Improved Health and Well-Being with Lifelong Behavior Change' - November 6

Please join us for the next podcast discussion in our Podcast, Walk, and Talk Series, "The Road to Improved Health and Well-Being with Lifelong Behavior Change," facilitated by Carol DeNysschen, chair and professor in the Health, Nutrition and Dietetics Department, on Friday, November 6, from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. via Zoom.

Want a flat stomach? A faster metabolism? Maybe to get rid of that cellulite? Well, there’s a supplement for that. If only it were that easy… But as with most things in life, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Take some time away from your desk to go for a walk from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m and listen to the free podcast "Food, We Need to Talk." After your walk, join the Zoom call and engage with your colleagues in a virtual discussion until 10:15 a.m. about how we can apply what we learned from the podcast to our own lives. The Zoom link will be sent two hours before the event.
