Tell Students: Social Justice Book Club - A Conversation with Contributors to Choice Words: April 19

The Social Justice Book Club will host "Choice Words: A Conversation with Contributors" online on Wednesday, April 19, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. We will be joined by several contributors to Choice Words: Writers on Abortion, which the book club has been reading this past year. The contributors will read their work and discuss their motivations for writing and sharing it. All members of the campus community are invited to join us for this illuminating panel. RSVP online.

The Social Justice Book Club provides a space for Buffalo State University community members to have meaningful conversations about challenging topics. The specific focus of the book club changes every year.

This program was made possible with the support of E. H. Butler Library, Equity and Campus Diversity, Student Leadership and Engagement, the Muriel A. Howard Honors Program, the Women and Gender Studies Interdisciplinary Unit, the Grant Allocation Committee, and Haymarket Books.

For more information, please email Julie Setele, senior assistant librarian, or visit the Social Justice Book Club website.
