The CSEA Local 640 would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the winners of the fall 2013 Robert J. Elmes Jr. Memorial Scholarship. Congratulations to Jennifer Young, a first-time member recipient, and Carolyne Szpaicher, a second-time dependent recipient.
Local 640 members are reminded that the scholarship will once again be offered for spring 2014. Prior recipients are eligible to apply. Watch for spring 2014 applications in early January.
