Douglas Koritz, assistant dean, Intellectual Foundations; Gerald Nosich, visiting professor, Philosophy and Humanities; Geoffery Skoll, assistant professor, Criminal Justice; and Susan Mary Paige,lecturer, Exceptional Education, attended the 27th International Conference on Critical Thinking in Berkeley, California, July 23–27. Their presentation, titled “Riding the Third Rail: Applications of Critical Thinking to General Education Reform,” chronicled the planning and implementation of the new Intellectual Foundations program at Buffalo State, with a particular emphasis on BSC 101.
