In compliance with New York State Education Law, Section 807, fire evacuation drills will be conducted throughout campus September 25–29, 2006. Conducted in conjunction with the Buffalo Fire Department and University Police, the drills test fire alarm systems, including signaling devices (bells, horns, and lights), automatic fire-door closers, evacuation routes, and communication lines.
To avoid having a drill scheduled in your building at a specific time, please contact Cheryl Slisz, Environmental Health and Safety, at ext. 4038 or sliszca@buffalostate.edu.
