Edward Helling, New York State University Police Officer, University Police, received an award from STOP DWI New York and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) in Albany on November 16. He received the award in recognition of his outstanding efforts in Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) enforcement.
