Bruce G. Bryski, Associate Professor, Communication

Bruce G. Bryski, associate professor, Communication, made 10 appearances as a political analyst and media expert on local radio and television stations in the period before the midterm elections, which included the New York State gubernatorial contest. He was a guest analyst on WIVB-TV, WBEN-AM 930, and WECK-AM 1230, discussing the role of the media in political campaigns. Bryski also hosted Erie County Democratic Chair Len Lenihan in his Politics in Media Criticism class before election day. Bryski will serve as moderator of a joint appearance on campus by Lenihan and Nick Langworthy, Erie County Republican chair, for a post-election discussion and the implications for the 2012 presidential election later this semester.
