Sue Baldwin, Assistant Professor and Internship Program Director, Health and Wellness

Sue Baldwin, assistant professor and internship program director for the Health and Wellness Department, received a $22,000 grant to implement a K–5 health education online and paper curriculum focusing on physical activity and nutrition in the Newfane Central School District. The project also involves a nutrition assessment of the school lunch program by Kelly Cardamone, a registered dietician. Undergraduate student researcher Leah Knott will teach all of the health lessons to the faculty and students in this two-year project.
