Richard J. Herdlein, associate professor, Student Personnel Administration, has been elected vice president, Erie County, for the Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Fulbright Association. Herdlein completed the Fulbright Senior Specialist Award at the Université Catholique de Lille, France, in fall 2009.
