Advanced to the President
The following have been approved by the College Senate Curriculum Committee and forwarded to the president for review and approval:

New Program:
Undergraduate Certificate in World Languages Advantage, AH MCL

New Courses:
EXE 617 Collaborative Team-Based Approaches in Special Education
PAD 648 Nonprofit Grants Management and Fund Development
PAD 650 Introduction to Health Policy and Management
PSY 333 Brain and Behavior

Advanced to the Curriculum Committee
The following was submitted to the College Senate Office by November 15 and will be forwarded to the College Senate Curriculum Committee for review on November 22:

New Course:
EDU 380 International Professional Development Schools Study-Abroad and Service Learning. Prerequisite: Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. Opportunities to globalize understanding and experience of education including education of language learners through study abroad and travel to an international destination. Topics include history, geography, language, and culture of the target country; pedagogical tools for working with language learners; intercultural competency; political and global interactions; comparative education study; keys to reflective practice. Offered each semester in conjunction with extended-semester study-away initiative.
