For several years, Sharon F. Cramer, SUNY Distinguished Service Professor, Exceptional Education; Sheldon J. Tetewsky, senior research analyst, Center for Health and Social Research; and Kelly S. Marczynski, assistant director and senior research analyst, Center for Health and Social Research, have collaborated on research conducted by Cramer during her 2005 sabbatical. The result is a book chapter and three conference presentations (two regional, one national). Their recent article, “What Facilitates and Impedes Collaborative Work During Higher Education Software Implementation Projects?” appears in the Journal of Educational Change.
