The Academic Calendar Committee, in partnership with Provost Mayrose, is pleased to announce the expansion of the Drop/Add period for the fall and spring semesters. Starting fall 2021, the Drop/Add window will close at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, September 7, rather than on Labor Day, Monday, September 6. Similarly, the Drop/Add window for spring 2022 will close Tuesday, February 8, rather than Sunday, February 6. Moving the deadline to Tuesday for these and all future semesters will ensure that students will have at least one business day to interact with their advisers or faculty members while they continue to update their class schedules before the deadline.
