Screen-Time Burnout, Meditation and Massage Workshops: March 9, April 6

Meditation and Massage Therapy
Tuesday, March 9, 7:00 p.m.
Are you feeling tense and stressed out? Join us for an exploration into the cornerstone of mindfulness, the body scan meditation. This centering meditation brings a new awareness into the sensations of the body, followed by guided massage techniques you can safely do on your face, scalp, neck, and shoulders. This online class is fantastic to rejuvenate and relax with your employees, family, or friends.

Preventing Screen-Time Burnout
Tuesday, April 6, 7:00 p.m.
This discussion will cover tips and techniques to prevent screen-time burnout, including how to recognize burnout and mindfulness techniques such as meditation and mindful movement. The movement will be demonstrated standing up, so please wear clothing that is easy to move around in, as you will be encouraged to participate (cameras can be turned off for the movement).
