Walk For Fitness

We are back at it! The Walk For Fitness team is now indoors. Join Barb and the group every Monday and Wednesday at noon in the Dance Studio in Houston Gym. This total body workout class combines light aerobics, strength training, and stretching—just what you need to shake up your day. For more information contact the Fitness Center at ext. 3815 and ask for Barb.
