A Preretirement Planning Seminar for members of the New York State Employees' Retirement System who are age 45 or over will be held on Tuesday, June 4, in E. H. Butler Library 210 from noon to 3:30 p.m. Topics will include calculating benefits; determining final average salary; service credit rules; estimates; what to expect after retirement; cost of living adjustment; and death benefits and survivor benefits. Space is limited; advance registration is required. A light lunch will be provided. Contact Lisa Gemmati, ext. 4821, to register.
