Doreen Wackeroth, associate professor in UB's Physics Department, will give a lecture on Thursday, April 17, at 12:30 p.m. in Science Building 272. She will discuss the search for the Higgs particle, which is predicted to exist by the Standard Model. This seminar is hosted jointly by the Physics and Chemistry departments.
