The students from the HTR 330 Baking Class are hosting a bake sale this Friday, April 18, outside Caudell Hall 118 from 10:00 a.m. to noon, to raise money for additional bakeshop equipment. Please come and support them. A pre-order flier is being circulated to all offices and can be sent to chef Don Schmitter at Caudell Hall 117. Pre-orders are to assure you get the items you wish, but are not required. Baked goods will be available to all from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Pre-orders need to be picked up during this time, payment is due at pick-up. We will be offering: fresh apple and chocolate cream pie st $2.00 per slice, mini eclairs with pastry or whipped cream filling for $1.00 each, cinnamon rolls for .75 cents each, classic sour cream coffee cake for $2.50 per slice, New York style cheesecake for $1.50 per slice with fresh raspberries or strawberries for an additional .75 cents, and traditional chocolate chip cookies for $1.25 each or three for $3.00. Whole pies can be purchased by pre-order only! (Orders needed by Thursday, April 17, at noon) for $15.00 and whole nine-inch cheesecakes for $22.00 (also pre-order only).
