The Women in Science and Mathematics Committee announces the final two speakers in the annual series. Dr. Carmala Garzione, associate professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Rochester, will present "Mountains and Their Profound Influence on Global Climate" on Friday, April 17, at noon. Dr. Garzione received the 2007 Geological Society of America Young Scientist Award (Donath Medal) and is a 2009-2009 American Association of Petroleum Geologists Distinguished Lecturer.
