Workplace Yoga: New Six-week Session

Register now for the second spring semester Workplace Yoga program. Classes are open to, and appropriate for, all Buffalo State faculty and staff of any experience level—beginner students are encouraged to join. Quinn Caya of Yoga Therapeutics of Buffalo (www.bootstraphealth.com) will continue teaching movements and postures meant to improve mind/body strength and balance. Everything learned in the Workplace Yoga program provides an antidote to the stress caused by our workplace activities and habits. Follow nature’s springtime lead—end the dormancy of cold-weather routines and use yoga as an opportunity to regenerate and grow!
