On Tuesday, April 14, at 12:15 p.m. in Bacon Hall 115, students can learn about the January 2010 six-credit study tour of sites related to the U.S. civil rights movement. Program participants will meet the cousin of Emmett Till and the family of a little girl lost in the Birmingham bombing, will walk across the Edmund Pettus Bridge and will visit Central High School in Little Rock and the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, as well as many other important venues. Please encourage students to attend the information session to learn more about this exciting program and about how financial aid can help them participate.
