Dan MacIsaac, Florian Genz (Uni-Köln Physikdidaktik doctoral candidate) and Michael Resvoll (Koln HS physics teacher) published their paper "Learning Physics with Refugee Children in Germany" in the January 2021 issue of The Physics Teacher available from ResearchGate.net. Their paper describes conducting hands-on physics learning activities with international children from disadvantaged backgrounds, and many of these activities have since been offered within Buffalo State supported and directed online STEM outreach and after school programs at BPS PS45: The International School.
