Job description: Develop and implement initiatives to support excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service for new, mid-term, and senior faculty. Consult with members of the campus community to determine appropriate training opportunities centered on effective and innovative methods to improve student learning. Integrate faculty development efforts with other professional development initiatives. Coordinate new faculty orientation and mentoring programs. Instruct one class per semester.

Required qualifications: Terminal degree; continuing appointment at Buffalo State; prior experience with mentoring or professional development activities; and evidence of strong organizational skills.
