Buffalo State Goes Violet Against Domestic Violence

Buffalo State is participating in Domestic Violence (DV) Awareness Month by offering a variety of programs beginning with "Buffalo State Goes Violet Against Domestic Violence." Purple is a symbol of courage, survival, honor, and has come to symbolize the fight to end domestic violence. We are asking all Buffalo State faculty, staff, and students to wear purple on October 20 to spread awareness of domestic violence, to let victims, family, and friends know that they’re not alone.
