My Appreciation of Watercolor: A Personal View with Carol Case Siracuse

Lecture-discussion: My Appreciation of Watercolor: A Personal View with Carol Case Siracuse, part of the International Center for Watercolor Lunchtime Lecture Series, Friday, April 19, 12:30–1:00 p.m. in the Burchfield Penney conference room.

Carol Case Siracuse is a retired architect who has returned to the art-making of her undergraduate years, when she majored in fine arts, particularly printmaking and drawing. She paints in watercolors, draws and paints in pen and ink, and uses various water media. Siracuse's journals are her way of documenting her life page by page.

Enjoy lunch at the Burchfield Café before attending the lecture. Watercolor presentations are held on the first and third Fridays from February 15 to May 17 in the conference room. Lectures are free with gallery admission.

More information is available at www.burchfieldpenney.org.
