Have a pint with the Buffalo State Alumni Association as we share another round with the Alumni Beer Club. We are taking a road trip to Ellicottville Brewing Company (EBC), where alums will be treated to a tour of the brewery with an EBC brewmaster. After the tour, guests will enjoy the rest of the evening in the beer garden with beer tastings and a menu designed specifically for this event. It's a great way to kick off summer!

Cost is $35 per person and includes transportation. The bus departs from Buffalo State's Cleveland Circle promptly at 6:00 p.m. Parking is available in Lots A, B, and X. The beer tour/tastings begin at 7:30 p.m. Hop to it and register today! Space is limited.   

Menu:

First course - appetizer - Crispy Thai pork belly served on a homemade sweet corn fritter with pickled radish and cabbage slaw.

Second course - soup - A chowder made of locally grown sweet corn, lightly accented with fresh basil and mint.

Third course - salad - Slow roasted red and gold beets served with a homemade lemon-herb ricotta, finished with sea salt.

Fourth course - entree - Beef short ribs slowly braised in our house made Two Brothers Pale Ale, served with a sweet pea risotto with Pale Ale reduction.

Fifth course - Dessert - A light vanilla Panna Cotta served with macerated blueberries.
