Tom Giambrone, professor emeritus of mathematics, and Paul Schwiegerling, lecturer of mathematics, will be inducted into the New York State Mathematics Educators Hall of Fame during a formal ceremony on November 14 at the Hyatt Regency in Rochester, New York. The Mathematics Educators Hall of Fame is sponsored by the New York State Association of Mathematics Supervisors (NYSAMS), a professional organization for mathematics educators. Founded in 1969, NYSAMS focuses on topics and trends in mathematics, supervision, and communication.
