Creole/Bayou Favorites Served in Resident Dining

In honor of Black History Month, Resident Dining is serving Creole/Bayou favorites: chicken and sausage gumbo; maque choux soup; Creole jambalaya; vegetarian/vegan Creole jambalaya; Bayou red beans and rice; Creole tomato and artichoke salad; bananas Foster; and beignets with sauce. Open to all. $7.99. All-you-can-eat. Bengal Bucks, cash, or credit are taxable. Meal swipes and flex dollars are also accepted.
