Free Wellness Classes

Take advantage of health-building opportunities this week! Classes are free to faculty and staff and are designed to give you a taste of the energizing activities available from qualified instructors in our community. Each will last no longer than 45 minutes—just enough time for you to energize your heart, mellow out your mind, and get back to work feeling good about yourself!

Belly Dancing, February 23, at 11:00 a.m., Houston Gym 213 (wear comfortable clothing, bare feet)
Zumba, February 23, at noon, Houston Gym 213 (wear comfortable clothing and shoes)
Walking, February 23, at 1:15 p.m., Ice Hockey Rink (wear tennis shoes)
Yoga, February 24, at 12:30 p.m., Houston Gym 213 (wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one)

Classes have the potential of leading to weekly classes throughout the spring semester. Registration is appreciated but not required to horstmath@buffalostate.edu. Download flyer for more information.
