Buffalo State Dining's Balanced U program is a holistic approach to food and nutrition. It’s based on one concept—we eat food. To help students, faculty, and staff understand how food plays into health, Balanced U consists of monthly subjects that act as an educational opportunity to focus on food topics of interest to our customers. November's subject is Brain Boosters.
Food plays a major role in how well we comprehend, retain, and recall information. Enhance your time in the library or studying with friends by choosing the best fuel. Find out what foods you should be eating more of today at Buffalo State's Brain Boosters promotion in the Resident Dining Hall from 11:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Learn how to feed your brain to think clearly and enjoy a delicious Brain Boosters menu prepared by Buffalo State's executive chef, Ian Woodward.
