The "Souped Up" food truck will be on campus Wednesday, November 14, to offer a soup-and-sandwich combo as a fundraiser for the college's upcoming service-learning trip to Haiti.
Sandwiches offered: Philly cheese steak; house-made bacon jam melt; triple-threat grilled cheese; Barbacoa street taco; and chicken and peanut wrap.
Soups offered: French onion; sausage, bean, and kale; dill pickle; butter bean; minestrone; and chicken.
A portion of the proceeds will support Buffalo State student travel costs on our next trip to Haiti to support the Hope for Haiti organization.
