United Students Government and the Social Work Honor Society are hosting a shoe donation drive to benefit families in developing countries who are hoping to start their own businesses. Donations of new or gently used shoes will be accepted now through Thursday, October 4. Any type of footwear is acceptable (slippers, dance shoes, cleats, heels, sandals, flip flops, boots) in any size (men's, women's, children), but please make sure donations are clean with no holes and soles are intact. Donations can be brought to Caudell Hall 359. Please contact Jessica Fitzpatrick, assistant professor of social work, regarding large donations requiring pickup from your vehicle, office, or dorm room. Thank you for your support.
