Today: Sous Vide Cooking Demonstration

Please join us in the Caudell Hall Russell Salvatore Demonstration Kitchen for a live instructional presentation of sous vide cooking, sponsored by the Wegman's on Amherst Street, today, April 24, at 12:15 p.m. Hospitality student Joy Thompson will prepare filet mignon and asparagus using the latest food preparation methods. This is the most recent culinary demonstration in the Guest Chef series presented by the Hospitality and Tourism Department.
