To mark the 2018 International Writing Centers Week, the Buffalo State Writing Center invites students to visit the center for a celebration of the written word, in particular, the Lost Art of Letter Writing, on Wednesday, February 14, between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in Butler Library 157 B. We’ll have plenty of pens, paper, cards, and decorations on hand so that visitors may compose cards or letters—whether an old-school DIY Valentine, a letter to a friend, or a missive to a local representative. Come and join us to celebrate the season—and the power of the written word.
