The Professional Development Center will sponsor the workshop "Focus on Outcomes in Goal Writing" on Tuesday, April 5, from 10:00 a.m. to noon in Butler Library 181B.
If performance programs are done correctly, they should serve as a guidepost, confirming that the job is being done well and is part of a collaborative process. Effective goal setting establishes standards and targets for performance. SMART goals will be discussed. (This is Part 3 of a four-part series. Part 4: PEPDS Appraisals.)
Light snacks will be provided. Please register through the CyberQuad Workshop Registration website.
