Yola Monakhov Stockton, assistant professor of fine arts, is lead curator for the exhibition The Future Perfect, on view at the International Center of Photography School in New York City through November 20.
A version of this show will go up in a shipping container at the Photoville festival in Brooklyn Bridge Plaza September 21–25. As part of the event, Stockton will moderate a discussion about photography and education with Elinor Carucci, Stephen Hilger, and Fred Ritchin on Saturday, September 24, at the Photoville Pavilion at 60 Water Street Storefront.
Stockton’s work will be part of the exhibition A Matter of Memory: Photography as Object in the Digital Age, curated by Lisa Hostetler, on view at the George Eastman Museum October 22–January 29, with an opening on October 21.
