To accommodate the launch of the new Daily Bulletin, the deadline for tomorrow's issue is 12:30 p.m. toda, April 20. The submission form will be off-line today from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. during the publication's move to the Drupal content management system. After 3:00 p.m. today, submissions will be accepted for Wednesday, April 22, and beyond.
