Zumba, Yoga, and Body-Sculpting Classes

The Bengals Recreation and Intramurals area is adding several more fitness classes to the spring calendar starting next week Wednesday. Students, faculty, and staff can dance themselves into shape three times a week with Zumba on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. An extra yoga class will be held on Wednesdays at 11.30 a.m. All classes take place in Buckham Hall A209.

Weekly Schedule

Monday
10:00 a.m. Body sculpting with Amy
5:00 p.m. Zumba with Shaqulia (as of February 25)

Tuesday
5:30 p.m. Yoga with Patrick

Wednesday
10:00 a.m. Body sculpting with Amy
11:30 a.m. Yoga with Robert
5:00 p.m. Zumba with Shaqulia

Thursday
4:00 p.m. Yoga with Patrick

Friday
4:00 p.m. Zumba with Shaqulia (as of February 15)
