Spot Coffee will be open during the summer, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Starting today, the Resident Dining Hall, located in the Campbell Student Union, will be open for breakfast from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. and lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m featuring an all-you-care-to-eat buffet.
For lunch today in the dining hall, enjoy chicken cacciatore over spaghetti, tomato basil green beans, sautéed zucchini and squash, green salad, and pasta salad.
Tomorrow, July 29, for lunch in the dining hall, enjoy turkey tetrazzini, biscuits, garlic rice, baked butternut squash, broccoli rabe, Caesar salad, and spinach salad with pecans.
