SUNY Buffalo State will celebrate the official opening of the new Argo Tea Café with a toasting ceremony today at 12:15 p.m. in E. H. Butler Library. The café will be closed from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for this event. The Buffalo State community is invited to attend.
