Bill Grieshober, adviser, Small Business Development Center, presented a seminar on consulting tools and techniques to the newly formed Executive Service Corps of the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County on November 3–5. The seminar was presented at the United Way headquarters in Buffalo. Upon completion of the seminar, this first group of participants is now able to offer consulting services to United Way agencies.
