Zhang Jie, professor, Sociology, and director, Center for China Studies, published his article “Strain and Suicide: An Analysis of 155 Suicide Cases” in Chinese Mental Health Journal 23: 784–789. The study’s coauthor was Dr. Tang Yong, visiting scholar from China, who visited Buffalo State in 2005–2006.
