Dear Distinguished Faculty and Staff:My name is Natalie White and I am the Coordinator of the NIA Mentor Program here at Buffalo State College. NIA is an acronym that stands for NURTURING INITIATIVE and ACHIEVEMENT in students. This is a very enriching experience for all involved and I am hoping to interest you in volunteering to become a mentor for the spring 2005 semester.
