New Ideas and Continental Breakfast at 'Why Bother?' Lecture

The “Why Bother?” lecture series presents “Exploring the Digital Frontier: ‘Natives’ and ‘Immigrants’ Learning from Each Other,” featuring Debra Sprague, associate professor at George Mason University and editor of the Journal of Technology and Teacher Education, on Friday, February 22, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. in E. H. Butler Library 210. This session will offer participants new ways to think about the students in elementary, high school, and college whose lives involve technology. The 2008 program, the second “Why Bother” lecture, has been designed for members of the Buffalo State College Teacher Education Unit and alumni who are teaching. Other alumni and members of the Buffalo State community are also welcome. More information is available on the University College Web site.
