Tip 1. Problem: You granted a student a capacity override but the student reports that he/she still cannot register for your class. Solution: Once a student has been granted an override for a closed course (capacity override), he/she must click the “Add or Drop Classes” link and enter the CRN directly into the Add Classes Worksheet. Searching for the class using the Look Up Class page will not work, because it will still show that the course is closed.
