Superfood: Leafy Greens - Featured in the Resident Dining Hall March 28

Please join us Tuesday, March 28, for the Superfood Event of the month, featuring leafy greens. Enjoy all your healthful but delicious foods during our Balanced U event. Leafy greens provide us with vitamins A and C, folate, and fiber. They are also packed with phytochemicals; these powerful compounds are found only in plants and have been shown to help protect against a variety of diseases. All this with very few calories! Hope to see you there.
