Lynn Sorenson, Brigham Young University, will explore the preeminent place of course design within the array of tasks involved in teaching. Faculty will employ the key components of the model of Integrated Course Design to their own teaching. This workshop is interactive—and practical! Participants will work on their own courses, enhancing both their own effectiveness in teaching and their students’ effectiveness as learners. Come prepared to be engaged! This is the Pedagogical Institute Showcase Event and will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 9:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
