Deadline Fall 2014: Student Substitution for Pass/Fail Grade Application

Students requesting a letter grade in place of a pass/fail grade should submit a Substitution for Pass/Fail form to the Registrar’s Office no later than Tuesday, December 16. Applications are available in the Registrar’s Office, Moot Hall 210, or on the Registrar's Office website (PDF).
